I'm so happy you're here!

SO, if you don't already know...

I'm Kristy Victor, a Transformational Life Coach helping women get out of their head, recognize their true worth, and rewrite their story by shifting their mindset into seeing their incredible value so that they can begin creating a life completely full of passion, abundance, and freedom.

I'm certified from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I was trained in all aspects of life including health and wellness, mindset, relationships, career and spirituality.

I TRULY BELIEVE THE KEY TO HAPPINESS IS A BALANCE IN ALL AREAS OF YOUR LIFE, AND OF COURSE FEELING CONFIDENT IN YOURSELF TO DO WHAT YOU LOVE AND ARE MEANT TO DO!

My mission is to inspire and empower you to break out of the

"I'm not good enough" "I can't have that" "It's too late for me"

mentality and know that, with the proper steps and guidance, you CAN reach ALL your dreams and desires that you fantasize about All. The. Time!

I'm going to tell you right now, it's NOT TOO LATE.

If God, The Universe, or whatever your higher power is, placed a certain desire on your heart, even though it may seem impossible now, know there's a bigger reason and a higher power at work that put that passion deep inside you.

IT'S TIME TO STOP LETTING YOUR EMOTIONS AND NEGATIVE THOUGHTS STOP YOU FROM LIVING IT!

Some more about me...

For a long time, well let's get real, basically my whole life I had this underlying urge to "help people."

I don't have a college degree and went about from meaningless job to meaningless job feeling hopeless, unworthy, not good enough and not smart enough for more–thinking I'd never amount to anything.

I've been a cashier as a teenager, then went to waiting tables, then to a desk job, then cleaned houses all the while getting up everyday HATING my life. I couldn't stand any job I had and was always on the lookout for a new "hated" job.

I had a bad attitude and feeling like a failure at life in dead-end jobs just amplified it all.

I remember that feeling of dread when the alarm went off and I had to wake up and head to my lousy job so I could pay the bills that month.

I never felt successful, I never felt abundant, I never felt good enough, I never felt the freedom of doing something I loved.

It took a toll on me mentally and physically.

I was always moody, I gained and lost weight constantly, and just had a crappy outlook on life for a long period of time.

THEN I became a personal trainer! I worked for myself and traveled to my client's homes to conduct the workout there. I even had people come to my house to train in my bedroom when I was living with someone. I was desperate to make money and find my purpose.

I loved what I did and had a bigger sense of purpose bettering people's lives and helping them feel good about themselves was very fulfilling.

But, eventually this took a toll on me as well. I was driving ALL over the place with crazy hours trying to accommodate all my clients schedules, working weekends and holidays, but leaving myself completely drained.

The money was good, but I also had a lot of bills and expenses so I felt like I was just going around and around in a circle of meaningless sessions and trying to get paid. I know it sounds terrible, but it's the truth.

One day I remember driving to one of my clients and just praying, "God, I know this CAN'T BE IT! I want more. I want to help people on a much deeper level. Please show me how!"

Not too long after that is when I came across The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I will always have a sweet spot for health and fitness, but my passion felt much deeper than exercise and nutrition.

I wanted to help women feel good about themselves, gain confidence to go out and chase their biggest dreams, and be the best versions of themselves so they can make THEIR imprint in the world.

If you're thinking you're time has passed, you don't have the time to go back to school and learn something new, you won't be good at what you want to do or whatever excuse you tell yourself why you can't have all your wildest dreams....

Think again!

I will tell you that I was in my 30's when I went to get my coaching certification and decided I was going to DO IT ANYWAY. I am now 35– I made the decision that I wanted more, I never wanted to struggle or feel unfulfilled by my work anymore, I wanted freedom in my life and my schedule and I wanted to make an impact in people's lives and in the world.

If there's a dream or desire burning in your heart right now, just know you're worthy enough to have it ALL and God/The Universe/Your Higher Power is waiting for you to place your trust in Him to guide you and support you in reaching ALL YOUR wildest dreams!

Are you ready?
